The Pembroke Lumber Kings are very fortunate to have the support of the businesses and residents of our community, we would like to give back.
This year, the Kings Organization have created the “The Kings Christmas Hamper Campaign”. We have teamed up with local businesses as well as our amazing fans to spread kindness to some of our school families.
We have teamed up with Hyundai Pembroke, Steven & Julie's No Frills, Northern Credit Union and Oakridge Heating & Cooling to deliver Christmas Dinner Hampers throughout the Ottawa Valley. Kings fans, local minor hockey teams and members of our wonderful community have each sponsored these hampers.

The Pembroke Lumber Kings have always been a community minded organization. The team has a loyal fan base and gives back to several causes through the involvement of its players and team officials as volunteers and community ambassadors.
Many of the team's games throughout the regular season and playoffs are broadcast on MY FM radio or YOUR TV Ottawa Valley in Pembroke. The team is also covered extensively by the Pembroke Observer and News and all of its games are broadcast on line through the CCHL's internet broadcast partner.
Our players are often in demand to make guest appearances and participate in many functions and charitable events. They are role models for the younger members of our community and they develop valuable public relation skills through such civic involvement. All of this contributes to the development of valuable life skills to better prepare all Pembroke players for the next level in their career, as well as in their everyday lives.
